Calculation Basis

Are public holidays excluded?
No. As a static tool running in the browser without a server, it excludes only Saturdays and Sundays.
How are business days counted?
Starting the day after the reference date, it counts only weekdays, skipping Saturday and Sunday.
What if the start date is a weekend?
Weekends are excluded, and counting proceeds from the nearest following weekday.
How do I account for holidays?
Holidays are not applied automatically, so add the number of holidays to the result manually.
